Hair Beauty Deals empowers its Merchants (hair salon, beauty salon) to take advantage of this powerful marketing tool, to increase sales by creating their own deals at a fraction of the cost.
1. You fill out the Merchant registration form at the bottom of the page. Your application is accessed within 24-48hours.
2. Once your application has been approved, you can log in and the system will recognise you as a Merchant and you will have access to your Portal.
3. The Salon Merchants Portal gives you access to everything you need to put your hair deal or beauty deal together, an instruction manual, examples of deals, a gallery of images suitable for our industry, things to consider before you offer a deal, and much more. You control it all, how many coupons are sold, how long the deal runs, it's all in your hands.
4. Once your deal is created and approved by our administrators, you can start pre promotions in your salon and on social networks to let everyone know it is coming.
5. On the start date of your deal - your deal is published and marketed on the Hair Beauty Deals website and mailed out to our subscription database, and to our social network followers, you may also market the deal through your own social networks.
6. Customers can buy your deal offers but unless the deal reaches its minimum quantity before the end date the deal is cancelled and customers accounts refunded. When a deal reaches its minimum quantity it becomes "active" and customers can purchase until the end date of the offer. You can change quantities and dates as long as the deal has not become active.
7. Hair Beauty Deals sends coupons via email to all purchasers.
8. When a customer redeems a voucher at your salon you enter the unique serial number of the voucher into the merchant portal as verification of redemption. You are paid the sale value of the redeemed vouchers, less 15% commission, on a fortnightly basis.
